Role Description This is a full-time Luxury Project Interior Designer (3D Max) role based in Kolkata, operating in a hybrid model with a mix of in-studio and work-from-home days. The designer will develop luxury interior concepts, create detailed 3D Max visualizations, and collaborate on space planning and layout options for residential and commercial projects. Daily responsibilities include preparing design presentations, coordinating FF&E selections, and translating concepts into construction-ready drawings in alignment with architecture and build teams. The role involves meeting clients, understanding their requirements, refining designs based on feedback, and working closely with project managers and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution. The designer will also support quality control on site visits and contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning to create functional, aesthetically refined luxury environments.
Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings to translate concepts into clear, buildable documentation.
Candidates should possess skills in FF&E selection and specification to curate high-end finishes, fixtures, and furnishings aligned with project concepts.
Proficiency in 3D Max for high-quality visualizations and detailed drawings.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with prior experience in luxury residential or commercial projects.
Strong design portfolio demonstrating concept development, 3D visualization, and executed projects, along with attention to detail and material knowledge.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in a hybrid setup in Kolkata, and willingness to coordinate with clients, vendors, and site teams.
Good project organization and time management abilities, including handling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and adapting to evolving client needs.
