Role Description This is a full-time Home Interior Designer (3D Max) role based in Newtown, Kolkata, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work-from-home flexibility.
The designer will develop residential interior concepts, create detailed 3D visualizations using 3ds Max, and prepare mood boards and material palettes that align with client requirements. Daily responsibilities include space planning, coordinating with architects and site teams, reviewing construction drawings, and ensuring design intent is accurately executed on-site.
The designer will support project documentation, maintain design standards, and contribute to the studio’s overall design quality and project timelines.
Qualifications
Strong interior design skills, including Interior Design and Space Planning for residential projects.
Knowledge of Architecture and ability to interpret and collaborate on Construction Drawings.
Experience with FF&E selection, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment coordination.
Proficiency in 3D visualization tools (especially 3ds Max).
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate with site teams and vendors.
Effective communication skills for client interactions and cross-functional collaboration.
Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Prior experience in residential interior projects in Kolkata or similar markets is an advantage.
