Job Purpose
To support and execute HR operations at the capsule manufacturing plant, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, training administration, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for plant positions.
Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment records.
Conduct employee induction and onboarding programs.
Ensure timely completion of joining formalities.
HR Operations
Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and shift rosters.
Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate with payroll teams.
Update HRMIS and employee databases.
Employee Relations
Address employee concerns and grievances.
Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
Facilitate communication between employees and management.
Promote a positive work environment.
Statutory Compliance
Support compliance with Labour Laws, Factory Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, and Gratuity provisions.
Maintain statutory records and registers.
Assist during internal, external, and compliance audits.
Training & Development
Coordinate GMP, Safety, SOP, and behavioral training programs.
Maintain training records and matrices.
Track training effectiveness and completion status.
Performance Management
Support performance appraisal processes.
Maintain employee performance records.
Follow up on performance review documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in pharmaceutical or manufacturing plants.
