Role Description The Associate Manager role at NST_TATA IIS is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Associate Manager will oversee day-to-day operations related to the National Skills Test, including coordinating assessment activities, managing timelines, and supporting the execution of test events. This role will involve collaborating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring process compliance, and preparing regular reports and dashboards for leadership. The Associate Manager will also contribute to planning and improving workflows, resolving operational issues, and ensuring a smooth experience for learners and stakeholders. Additional responsibilities may include supporting communication campaigns, assisting with documentation and data management, and contributing to initiatives that enhance the quality and reach of NST.

Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, maintain high attention to detail, and operate in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment is essential.
