Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a UGC (User-Generated Content) Content Creator at PPStack. The UGC Content Creator will plan, script, and produce short-form and long-form content (such as videos, reels, social posts, and testimonials) that showcases learner experiences, program outcomes, and the PPStack brand across digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating platform-native content for social media, collaborating with marketing and product teams to understand target audiences, and turning complex EdTech, AI, and career topics into engaging and accessible stories. The role involves sourcing and curating user content, conducting light interviews with learners, and editing content to align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The UGC Content Creator will also monitor performance metrics, test new content formats, and continually refine content based on audience insights and trends.
Qualifications
Content creation and storytelling skills, including experience with video scripting, filming, and on-camera or voiceover content.
Social media and digital marketing skills, with the ability to create platform-specific content for channels such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
Basic editing and production skills, including familiarity with video editing tools, graphic editing apps, and content optimization techniques.
Research and audience insight skills, with the ability to understand learner needs, trends in EdTech and AI, and translate them into compelling UGC concepts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail, brand tone, and clear, inclusive messaging.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple content projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Experience creating content in education, EdTech, AI, or career development domains is a plus.
Familiarity with analytics tools and basic performance metrics for social media and content campaigns is beneficial.
Relevant education or training in communications, media, marketing, design, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
