Role Description This is a full-time remote role focused on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) at PPStack. The ERP professional will analyze and optimize business processes across the organization to ensure that ERP systems effectively support educational services, training programs, and digital solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing current workflows, gathering requirements from stakeholders, configuring and maintaining ERP software, and recommending process improvements aligned with business goals. The role also involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams (such as operations, finance, and technology), and documenting configurations and best practices. The individual will contribute to scaling PPStack’s technology-enabled services by ensuring ERP solutions are efficient, reliable, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Business Process and Business Process Improvement to analyze, design, and optimize operational workflows.
Candidates should possess solid Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ERP Software skills to configure, maintain, and enhance ERP solutions.
Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, diagnose system and process issues, and propose data-driven improvements.
Experience in EdTech, technology services, or education-focused organizations is beneficial.
Familiarity with integration of ERP systems with CRM, LMS, or other enterprise platforms is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, global team environment.
