Role Description The Intern Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in managing daily sales operations and ensuring smooth coordination across prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders. This full-time remote role involves assisting with lead tracking, preparing sales reports, updating CRM records, and organizing sales documentation. The Intern Sales Coordinator will help schedule and follow up on meetings, respond to inquiries, and provide basic customer service support to maintain strong client relationships. The role also includes collaborating with marketing and operations teams on sales campaigns, gathering customer feedback, and contributing to process improvements that enhance overall sales efficiency.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage workflows, documentation, and CRM updates.
Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, support clients, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Interest or foundational knowledge in Sales to understand pipelines, lead management, and conversion processes.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in reporting and follow-up tasks.
Comfort with remote work tools (e.g., email, video conferencing, collaboration platforms) and basic proficiency in office software.
Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work independently while following team guidelines.
Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred, but not required.
Prior internship or project experience in sales, customer success, or operations is an advantage.
