Role Description The MIS (Management Information Systems) role at PPStack is a full-time remote position responsible for managing and optimizing information systems that support educational, career, and digital services. Day-to-day tasks include collecting, organizing, and maintaining data across various platforms, preparing regular reports and dashboards for leadership, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency for business decision-making. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to understand information needs, improving data workflows, and supporting system integrations across AI-powered learning solutions and enterprise platforms. The MIS professional will monitor system performance, assist in resolving information-related issues, and contribute to enhancing data security and compliance aligned with organizational standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders and documenting processes clearly.
Candidates should possess Information Management capabilities, such as data governance, database maintenance, and structured record-keeping.
Candidates should possess Information Technology knowledge, including familiarity with MIS tools, databases, cloud-based systems, and productivity applications.
Candidates should possess Cybersecurity awareness, including best practices for protecting data, access control, and compliance with security policies.
Relevant experience in MIS, data analysis, or IT support within EdTech or technology-driven environments is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving digital tools and processes.
