Role Description The Data Analytics Intern role at PPStack is a full-time, remote position focused on supporting data-driven decision-making across various EdTech and career services. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple sources, performing exploratory and descriptive data analysis, and assisting in building basic data models and dashboards. The intern will help interpret trends and patterns, prepare analytical reports, and contribute insights that improve learning platforms, marketing initiatives, and operational efficiency. Collaboration with product, marketing, and learning teams is expected, including participation in virtual meetings, documentation of findings, and support for ongoing analytics projects.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in data-focused skills, including Data Analytics and Data Analysis.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying patterns, and generating insights.
Experience or coursework in Data Management, including data cleaning, validation, and organization.
Knowledge of Data Modeling concepts and basic understanding of how to structure data for analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with tools such as Excel/Google Sheets and at least one analytics or visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Exposure to programming or query languages (e.g., Python, R, or SQL) for data manipulation is highly beneficial.
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate across diverse teams.
Interest in EdTech, AI-driven learning, and career transformation initiatives is a plus.
