Company Description DYNA Filters Pvt. Ltd., established in 1982, is an industrial air filtration and turnkey cleanroom projects company with over four decades of specialized experience. The organization has executed more than 450 cleanroom projects by 2025 and continues to expand its portfolio across diverse industrial sectors. DYNA operates an in-house manufacturing facility for cleanroom panels, equipment such as pass boxes, air/mist/water showers, laminar airflow workstations, sampling/dispensing booths, bio-safety cabinets, fan filter units, and HEPA/ULPA filters. An in-house engineering and design team supports end-to-end project execution, enabling DYNA to deliver single-stop MEP-based turnkey cleanroom solutions.
Role Description The Civil Engineer will be responsible for supporting the planning, design, and execution of civil works related to cleanroom and industrial air filtration projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing civil engineering drawings, coordinating with the design and MEP teams, overseeing site work for foundations, structures, and utilities, and ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and standards. The role involves evaluating stormwater management requirements, supporting cost estimates, monitoring project timelines, and preparing technical documentation and reports. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Rishikesh, where on-site presence is required for project and site coordination, with some flexibility for work-from-home for design, documentation, and planning activities.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, including the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Candidates should possess experience relevant to Civil Engineers, including site supervision, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Candidates should possess Planning skills for scheduling civil works, resource allocation, and project coordination.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Stormwater Management, including drainage design and integration with overall civil infrastructure.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Proficiency in CAD and civil design software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, or equivalent) and familiarity with relevant IS codes or international standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in design and execution.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and project management teams.
Experience in industrial, cleanroom, or MEP-based projects is an advantage.
