What You'll do

Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, virtual meetings, and in-person counselling sessions
Provide one-to-one academic counselling and career guidance to students and working professionals exploring upskilling programs
Clearly explain course structure, curriculum, learning outcomes, fees, schedules, eligibility requirements, and career support offerings
Act as a trusted advisor by mapping student goals to suitable programs across Data Science, AI, Finance, Cybersecurity, Analytics, and related domains
Qualify leads, nurture prospects, and conduct structured follow-ups across the admissions lifecycle
Convert warm leads into enrolments using consultative selling, objection handling, and relationship-driven closing techniques
Manage the end-to-end admissions process — from initial inquiry through enrolment confirmation and onboarding readiness
Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversion progress within internal tracking systems
Meet and exceed monthly enrolment, revenue, and conversion performance targets
Participate in webinars, information sessions, open houses, and counselling events to support outreach and conversions, while collaborating with marketing, operations, and academic teams to continuously improve lead quality and student experience
Stay updated on education trends, job market demands, certification pathways, and emerging skills to provide informed guidance

Who Should Apply

Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
Comfortable working with targets, handling objections, and closing enrolments
