The Boston Institute of Analytics (BIA) is a global education organization specializing in training programs in data science, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies. We are expanding our marketing team and looking for a creative graphic designer who can help strengthen our digital brand presence through impactful visual communication.
Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer with experience in digital and social media design. The ideal candidate should be passionate about visual storytelling and capable of creating engaging designs and motion content that enhance brand communication across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design creative visuals for social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
Create banners, ad creatives, marketing posts, and promotional graphics
Develop motion graphics, reels, and short-form video content for digital campaigns
Design branding materials such as brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency
Adapt designs based on feedback while meeting project timelines
Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and social media content formats
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably in digital marketing or social media content creation
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
Strong portfolio demonstrating social media creatives, branding work, or video content
Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Basic video editing or animation skills will be an added advantage
