Role Description We are looking for the candidates having experince of 7+years as Business Analyst (data). This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst (Data). The Business Analyst (Data) will gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear specifications for technical and project teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include mapping and optimizing business processes, conducting data analysis to support decisions, and preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders. The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, facilitating communication between business and technical partners, and ensuring solutions align with business goals and quality standards. The Business Analyst (Data) will also support testing and validation of implemented solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.
Candidates should have the knowledge and hands on experince working with Data BA skills like Data Lineage, RCA, FishBone Diagram, Prioritisation techniques (MoSCOW, RICE etc.)
The candidate. should have strong knowledge about Business Analytical tools and techniques
Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and translate needs into actionable specifications.
Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map, analyze, and improve workflows and operational efficiency.
Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, explain findings, and prepare clear documentation.
Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools) and reporting dashboards is beneficial.
Understanding of IT project methodologies (Agile or similar) and software development lifecycle is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines is required.
