HVAC PROJECT MANAGER

Role Description The HVAC Project Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore, responsible for overseeing HVAC projects from planning to completion. The role includes coordinating design reviews, preparing project schedules, and managing site activities to ensure timely execution of air conditioning, ventilation, ducting, and related works. The HVAC Project Manager will supervise contractors and technicians, monitor quality and safety standards, and conduct inspections during installation, testing, and commissioning. This role also involves managing materials and logistics, supporting expediting of equipment and components, and maintaining clear communication with clients, internal teams, and vendors. The HVAC Project Manager will prepare progress reports, address project risks, and ensure that all deliverables meet technical specifications and client expectations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Minimium 5 years experience to handle chiller based project
Candiadate must well versed with execuation of Chiller (Aircooled /watercooled) VRF and ductable project.
Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track materials, follow up with vendors, and ensure on-time delivery of equipment and components.
Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify installation quality, check adherence to drawings and specifications, and support testing and commissioning activities.
Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee material handling, site deliveries, and coordination between warehouses, suppliers, and project sites.
Relevant HVAC project experience in design review, installation, and commissioning of air conditioning and ventilation systems.
Strong understanding of HVAC drawings, standards, and safety practices, with the ability to resolve technical issues on site.
Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide site teams and collaborate with clients and vendors.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in HVAC project management.
Proficiency in basic project management software and MS Office for documentation, reporting, and tracking.
