Role Description The Field Service Executive for CCTV, access control, and fire systems will perform on-site installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of security and safety systems at customer locations in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site role involves diagnosing technical issues, performing corrective and preventive maintenance, configuring equipment and software, and ensuring systems are fully operational and compliant with standards. The role includes responding to service calls, documenting work performed, preparing basic service reports, and coordinating with the back-office team for parts, scheduling, and escalation. The Field Service Executive will interact directly with customers to understand requirements, provide basic training on system usage, and ensure a professional, safe, and orderly work environment at all times.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability to assess system performance and identify root causes of technical issues.
Effective communication and customer service skills to interact with clients, explain technical matters clearly, and maintain professional relationships.
Hands-on troubleshooting skills for CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems, including basic knowledge of wiring, networking, and equipment configuration.
Ability to deliver training and system demonstrations to end users, including safe operation and basic maintenance procedures.
Relevant technical diploma or degree (e.g., Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field) and prior field service experience in security or fire systems preferred.
Understanding of safety practices, use of tools and test equipment, and adherence to site protocols and regulatory guidelines.
Readiness to travel within Bengaluru, work on-site at customer premises, and manage time and priorities independently.
