Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a an Industrial paints sales Manager. Location will be at the plant at Vadsar. The role requires the management and execution of sales and marketing strategies aimed at driving business growth and achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities include developing campaigns, analyzing market trends, overseeing sales pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and overall business goals. The Sales Marketing Manager will also engage with clients to build and maintain strong relationships, deliver presentations, and address product or service inquiries.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Marketing Campaigns, and Business Development
Strong skills in Market Analysis, Client Relationship Management, and Trend Forecasting
Proficiency in tools and platforms for Sales Analytics, Reporting, and Marketing Automation
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the paint or chemicals industry is considered a strong advantage
