Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Business Strategy Specialist. The specialist will analyze client data and business processes to identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and operational improvements. Day-to-day work includes conducting market and competitive research, developing business plans, and preparing strategic recommendations and presentations. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to clarify business objectives, translating insights from analytics into practical actions, and supporting consulting engagements with clear documentation and follow-up. The specialist will also help refine Fraoula’s internal frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for data-informed strategy.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Business Planning skills, including strategy development, financial modeling, and implementation planning.
Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive clear, actionable insights.
Candidates should possess Market Research capabilities, including competitive analysis, industry trend tracking, and customer insight gathering.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, such as concise writing, clear presentation of findings, and stakeholder engagement.
Candidates should possess Consulting skills, including problem structuring, client relationship management, and solution-focused advisory support.
Familiarity with data analytics tools, BI platforms, or dashboards is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
