Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in Jaipur, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. On a day-to-day basis, the Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients, respond to inquiries, present product or design options, and provide pricing and proposal information. The role includes maintaining sales records, coordinating with the design and operations teams to ensure timely delivery, and following up with clients to support a smooth sales experience. The Sales Associate will participate in in-person meetings, showroom or office interactions, and online communication, using phone, email, and digital tools. This position also involves contributing to sales targets, gathering customer feedback, and representing Centurio Designs in a professional and client-focused manner.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and client relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Sales aptitude including negotiation, lead follow-up, and basic understanding of sales pipelines or CRM tools.
Solid organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client interactions, documentation, and follow-ups.
Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and proficiency using digital communication tools (email, video calls, messaging platforms).
Basic understanding of design, interiors, or related products is preferred, with willingness to learn product details.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
Previous experience in retail, design, or B2C sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
Relevant education or training in business, sales, or a related field is an advantage.
