Manager – Product & Business Development | Recycled Fibres

We are looking for a Product & Business Development Manager to build and grow our recycled fibre business.
What You Will Do
* Develop a market-ready portfolio of recycled cotton and blended fibres.
* Build and manage relationships with spinners, yarn manufacturers, fabric/denim mills, brands and sourcing teams.
* Identify new customers and applications for recycled fibres in India and export markets.
* Drive the complete commercial cycle: lead → sample → spinning trial → approval → order → repeat business.
* Work with customers and production teams to improve fibre quality, consistency, specifications and pricing.
* Build partnerships for developing new fibre-to-yarn and fibre-to-fabric solutions.
* Track market prices, competitors, customer requirements and emerging opportunities.
* Own sales targets, customer acquisition and profitable growth of the fibre vertical.
Who Should Apply ?
You could be a good fit if you:
* Have 2-5 years of experience in cotton/recycled fibres, spinning, yarn or textile raw materials.
* Already have relationships with spinning mills, yarn buyers, fabric mills or textile brands.
* Understand both the technical and commercial side of fibres.
* Can open new accounts and convert product trials into regular orders.
* Want to build a business vertical, rather than simply manage an existing customer portfolio.
