E-Commerce Listings & Operations Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and experienced E-Commerce Listings & Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team!
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating and optimizing product listings, managing inventory operations, and analyzing performance data to support sales growth. 📍 Location: Kolkata (On-site)
📢 Reports To: Head of E-commerce Operations
Key Responsibilities:
🔸 Manage Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts
🔸 Maintain accuracy across product listings, pricing and product availability
🔸 Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and optimize processes
🔸 Collaborate with marketing, sales and logistics teams for smooth operations
🔸 Troubleshoot listing issues, account health notifications and policy violations
🔸 Handle bulk uploads, flat files and data feeds
🔸 Stay updated with Amazon guidelines, tools and industry best practices
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 3+ years of experience in e-commerce (Amazon or similar marketplaces)
✅ Strong expertise in product listing optimization, inventory management, and operations
✅ Graduate degree preferred in Data Analytics, Marketing, or related fields
✅ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards)
✅ Experience with e-commerce tools like Helium10, Sellics, or Jungle Scout is an added advantage
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
✅ Highly detail-oriented, analytical and organized with strong problem-solving abilities
