Lead requirement clarification, solution discussions, issue resolution, dependency management, and delivery governance across multiple stakeholders.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritization, status reviews, and release planning.
Work with marketing teams to improve campaign scalability, marketer productivity, personalization, and operational efficiency.
Support modernization of personalized and dynamic content capabilities using data and customer insights from upstream platforms.
Partner with data and analytics teams to ensure customer data, audience segments, and campaign attributes are available and usable within SFMC.
Support integration of SFMC with CRM, customer data platforms, APIs, and other enterprise systems as required.
Define and maintain documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, solution documentation, process flows, and implementation plans.
Monitor delivery quality and platform performance and proactively identify risks, defects, data issues, and operational gaps.
Serve as a key bridge between business/marketing stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring that business intent is accurately translated into technology solutions.
