Fullstack Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who doesn't just write code but builds a company. You will work directly with the founders to take features from a raw spec to a live production environment. This is a role for an ambitious engineer who likely wants to start their own company one day.
Responsibilities:
Feature Development: Build and ship end-to-end features using Python and Angular.
Frontend Excellence: Create scalable, high-performance UIs that make complex data intuitive.
Backend and Infrastructure: Design robust data pipelines, third-party integrations, and backend services using Flask and MongoDB.
AI/ML Collaboration: Get hands-on with the core of our product, contributing to prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and deploying LLM models.
Founding Mindset: Take extreme ownership of the product roadmap and execute at a high rate of output.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-2 years of full-time Full Stack development, ideally within a fast-paced start-up environment.
Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python (Flask), Angular, React and MongoDB.
Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Communication: Ability to articulate technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points:
A portfolio of "tons of projects" built during college or as side hustles.
Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts and LLM orchestration.
Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
