Founding Engineer

We are looking for a Founding Engineer, someone who doesn't just write code but builds the engine of a high-growth start-up.
Responsibilities:
Architect and Ship: Build end-to-end features using Python and Angular.
Engine for AI: Collaborate on LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and deploying models that power our AI researchers.
Scalable Infra: Design and maintain backend services, data pipelines, and integrations using Flask and MongoDB.
UI/UX Strategy: Create high-fidelity, scalable frontends that make complex AI insights easy to digest.
Product Ownership: Take total ownership of the product lifecycle from a rough sketch to a production-ready feature.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of full-time, full-stack experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
Modern Tooling: You are a power user of Cursor (or similar AI-augmented tools) to build and iterate at 10x speed.
Stack Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Python, Angular, and MongoDB.
Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setup.
Communication: Ability to distill complex technical architecture into clear, actionable ideas.

Builder DNA: A history of "shipping stuff, " whether it's side projects, college apps, or open-source contributions.
Startup Grit: Previous experience in a high-pressure, early-stage environment.
