We're looking for a Product Evangelist, someone who's equal parts technical educator, product storyteller and hands-on builder. You'll design and deliver learning programs that help partners, developers, and enterprise teams adopt our AI Agent platform. From building workshops and technical tutorials to running live sessions and certifications, you'll make complex workflows easy (and fun) to learn. If you've ever thought, I love coding, but I love explaining even more, this is that perfect in-between role.
Responsibilities:
Build educational materials, tutorials, blogs, videos, and internal enablement decks.
Develop sample agents and code snippets that help others learn faster.
Collaborate with product and marketing to turn technical topics into engaging stories.
Lead interactive training sessions for partners, customers, and developer communities.
Create certification paths, structured learning modules, and guided hands-on projects.
Run demos, hackathons, and product walkthroughs showcasing agent-building workflows
Represent the brand at online and offline developer events.
Contribute to community spaces, internal documentation, and partner knowledge bases.
Collect learner feedback and use it to continuously improve product education.
Requirements:
3-6 years of experience in software development, developer education, or technical enablement.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
You can explain complex topics simply and clearly, whether live or on camera.
Strong foundation in Python and APIs.
Familiarity with frameworks and tools like Streamlit, Colab, and Postman.
Ideally, you've built or experimented with AI Agents and understand how LLMs and OpenAI models work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Self-starter who can manage global audiences and work across time zones.
Bonus Points:
Experience creating workshops, courses, or developer education programs.
