Responsibilities:
Build and own backend services, APIs, and data layers.
Design scalable systems for real-time communication AI agent workflows.
Build integrations with platforms, CRMs, and communication channels.

Requirements:
3-4 years building production-grade backend or full-stack systems.
Strong fundamentals in APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
Comfortable owning features end-to-end.
Experience with Node.js, Python, or similar backend stacks.
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure).
Can write clean, maintainable code and thoughtful system designs.
Note: Python is a plus, not a requirement; openness to learn matters more.
Great to have:
Worked with event-driven systems, queues, or streaming.
Built real-time systems (WebSockets, messaging, etc. ).
Prior exposure to AI/LLM workflows or integrations.
Startup experience or 01 product mindset.
