Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Java 8 and Spring Boot.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.
Design and implement Microservices architecture with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular 8+.
Integrate Angular applications with backend REST APIs and microservices.
Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and efficient code.
Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot application issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Optimise application performance and resolve production defects.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Work closely with QA, DevOps, Product, and other engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Contribute to continuous improvement of application architecture and development processes.
The core requirements for the job include the following:
Backend:
Strong hands-on experience with Java 8
Strong knowledge of Spring Boot.
Hands-on experience developing Microservices.
Strong understanding of REST APIs / RESTful Web Services.
Good knowledge of OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, and Java 8 features.
Experience with Spring Framework concepts such as Dependency Injection, Spring MVC, and Spring Data.
Frontend:
Strong hands-on experience with Angular 8 or above.
Good knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3
Experience consuming REST APIs from Angular applications.
Understanding of Angular components, services, routing, forms, and RxJS.
