Lead Game Artist

Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor junior artists, manage schedules, conduct reviews, handle outsourcing coordination, and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate closely with Design and Development teams to ensure smooth execution of game assets and features.
Optimize art assets for mobile performance while maintaining high visual quality.
Ensure compliance with project standards and maintain a compelling casino game style.
Coordinate closely with Product Managers and Project Managers to deliver high-quality games within timelines.
Requirements:
Strong expertise in visual direction, including theme, composition, color theory, typography, and overall game aesthetics.
Proficiency in 2D/3D art pipelines and asset production workflows.
