Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and deploy Java-based microservices.
Assist in the architecture and design of decentralized applications, ensuring effective integration with existing applications.
Work closely with other teams to develop and optimize blockchain protocols.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for blockchain applications, diagnosing and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, development tools, and emerging technologies in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including management and technical support colleagues.
Document new solutions as well as maintain existing ones.
Requirements:
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
Strong knowledge of common algorithms, data structures, and design patterns (event-driven messaging).
Proficient in Java programming language and frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, or Quarkus.
Proficient in container technology, Kubernetes, Docker, Nomad & CI/CD & Test-Driven development.
Advanced understanding of microservices and restful architectures.
Advanced understanding of developing highly available applications in a cloud services environment, preferably Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud.
Has a Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
