Requirements:
8+ years of frontend development experience.
3+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles.
Expert-level skills in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
Strong experience with state management patterns (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc. ).
Proven success in building and scaling complex applications.
Deep understanding of frontend performance optimization.
Experience with build systems, bundlers, and modern tooling.
Strong understanding of backend and cloud technologies (AWS, Python, APIs, databases).
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-team decisions.
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in high-ownership environments.
