Technology Provisioning Analyst

Responsibilities:
Efficiently perform review and process access requests submitted via ServiceNow.
Perform add, modify, and revoke access, accurately and within established timelines.
Perform provisioning activities in accordance with knowledge base guidelines.
Adhere to established controls, policies, and standards.
Maintain clear and accurate communication notes within ServiceNow.
Effectively communicate any gaps identified against established processes.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the service request management process.
Cross-Functional Relationship:
Collaborate with IT support teams and business stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely provisioning of access.
Work closely with compliance and governance teams to ensure access provisioning aligns with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
Interact with end users to clarify access needs and resolve provisioning issues.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in the technology field, with a focus on end-user access.
Experience with ServiceNow, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Exchange.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in application access.
Experience with PowerShell and Power BI scripting.
