Senior Engineer 2 (Full - Stack) - Apigee

Requirements:
Strong programming background with a minimum of 10+ years' experience in developing highly scalable and efficient applications using Apigee, Java, JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, or equivalent.
Google Cloud Platform (GCP) stack or equivalent experience in AWS or Azure.
Application containerization using Docker and container orchestration services using Kubernetes on GCP (GKE) and/or Azure (AKS).
Pub/Sub event handling backbone using GCP Pub/Sub and Kafka.
Composable architectures using domain modelling, services, and microservices, leveraging techniques such as service mesh using Istio and circuit-breaker patterns.
MFE frameworks leveraging Webpack5 with module federation.
Database technologies, both SQL and noSQL, using cloud-based implementations like Postgres and MongoDB, Cassandra, or Redis.
Strong CI/CD pipeline automation with quality gates leveraging tools like Jenkins, Github, Github Actions, and automated test tools like Postman, Rest Assured, Gatling, JMeter, SonarQube, ESLint, and Selenium.
Observability and insights. Leveraging tools like OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent toolsets.
Documentation as code leveraging tools like Backstage.io and a variety of plugins tapping into GitHub source repositories and read.me files.
Ability to design RESTful APIs, create API proxies, and convert data formats and controls using Apigee policies.
Understand API security and OAuth authentication, API traffic management, and API error handling.
