Requirements:
10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Good understanding of TypeScript/JavaScript AND Python, you're comfortable across the stack.
Experience with React/Next.js and at least one backend framework (Express, FastAPI, or similar).
Demonstrated history of working across multiple languages, frameworks, or platforms. You're a learner, not a specialist stuck in one lane.
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc. ), you use AI to amplify your output, not replace your judgment.
Experience integrating LLM APIs in production (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc. )
Strong system design skills, you can architect a feature, not just implement a ticket.
Track record of shipping production software with real users.

Experience with Electron or desktop application development.
Familiarity with RAG systems, vector databases, or embedding pipelines.
Experience with real-time systems (WebSocket, audio streaming, event-driven architectures).
Contributions to open-source projects.
Experience with Temporal, RabbitMQ, or similar workflow/queue systems.
Understanding of the sales/CRM domain.
