Requirements:
6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Good understanding of TypeScript/JavaScript AND Python means you're comfortable across the stack.
Experience with React/Next.js and at least one backend framework (Express, FastAPI, or similar).
Demonstrated history of working across multiple languages, frameworks, or platforms; you're a learner, not a specialist stuck in one lane.
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc. ): you use AI to amplify your output, not replace your judgment.
Experience integrating LLM APIs in production (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc. ).
Strong system design skills. You can architect a feature, not just implement a ticket.
Track record of shipping production software with real users.
Strong Plus:
Experience with Electron or desktop application development.
Familiarity with RAG systems, vector databases, or embedding pipelines.
Experience with real-time systems (WebSocket, audio streaming, event-driven architectures).
Contributions to open-source projects.
Experience with Temporal, RabbitMQ, or similar workflow/queue systems.
Understanding of sales/CRM domain.
