Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Manager - AI to drive the development and adoption of AI-powered products and features. The ideal candidate will have strong product management experience with hands-on exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI/ML products, and agentic workflows.
A product leader who can bridge business, technology, and AI, identify high-impact opportunities, and take AI products from concept to production while delivering measurable customer and business value.
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered products and features, from ideation to launch and optimisation.
Define product vision, roadmap, strategy, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
Work closely with Engineering, Data Science, ML, Design, and Business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and automation to solve business problems.
Translate business requirements and customer needs into clear product requirements, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven product decisions.
Evaluate AI models and solutions based on accuracy, relevance, latency, cost, scalability, and user experience.
Collaborate with technical teams on AI architecture, model integration, APIs, data pipelines, and production deployment.
Track product performance using relevant KPIs and continuously improve product outcomes.
Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, tools, models, and industry trends.
Requirements:
5-8 years of experience in Product Management, with experience owning technology-driven products.
Strong experience in AI/ML or Generative AI product management.
Good understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents/agentic workflows, embeddings, and vector databases.
Experience working with engineering and data/ML teams on production AI solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and business outcomes.
Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap planning, experimentation, and product analytics.
Good to Have:
Experience building B2C/D2C or consumer-facing AI products.
Exposure to platforms such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI frameworks.
Experience with AI evaluation, model monitoring, responsible AI, and AI safety.
Technical background or familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, databases, and microservices.
