Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities:
Define and own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for key product areas.
Identify customer pain points and business opportunities through data, user insights, market research, and competitive analysis.
Drive the complete product lifecycle from problem discovery and requirement definition to launch, adoption, and optimization.
Work closely with engineering, design, data, business, and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact products.
Prioritize product initiatives based on customer impact, business value, scalability, and strategic goals.
Define and track key product metrics and use data to continuously improve product performance.
Drive experiments, A/B testing, and iterative product improvements.
Explore and leverage AI tools/technologies to improve product development, user experience, automation, personalization, or operational efficiency.
Communicate product vision, roadmap, priorities, and progress effectively to senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
5-8 years of product management experience.
Strong experience working with a B2C marketplace/consumer internet organization.
Proven experience in defining product strategy and product roadmaps.
Experience owning products end-to-end, from problem discovery to execution and post-launch optimization.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Experience working closely with engineering and design teams in an agile product development environment.
Good understanding and practical exposure to AI tools and AI-enabled product capabilities.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Background:
Experience in high-growth consumer internet, marketplace, classifieds, e-commerce, or platform businesses.
Experience building products at scale with a strong focus on customer experience and business impact.
Exposure to AI-driven features, automation, personalization, or GenAI tools will be an added advantage.
