Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT and technical positions.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills and experience.
Use recruitment portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct initial HR/technical screening and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment.

Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
