We're looking for a Shopify and Ecommerce Operations Associate to manage our website, e-commerce operations, and customer experience across Aranqa's online and offline channels. This role sits at the center of order management, customer communication, inventory coordination, and operational execution.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end order processing and fulfillment via Shopify and Shiprocket.
Track inventory status and coordinate restocks with vendors and the office team.
Own and manage Shopify, including catalog uploads and updates.
Handle customer conversations across WhatsApp and Instagram.
Coordinate dispatch, returns, and operational escalations.
Support customer video consultations and order assistance.
Maintain weekly operational and inventory reports.
Track stock movement across D2C and offline channels.
Share customer insights and suggest process improvements.
