E-commerce Executive Intern

About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Intern to join our team and support the day-to-day functioning of Aranqa's online store.
You'll work closely with our E-commerce & Website Manager and get hands-on experience managing Shopify, website updates, product listings, orders, inventory, shipping and other aspects of running a growing D2C fashion brand.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, comfortable working with spreadsheets and online platforms, and excited to learn how an e-commerce business operates behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings on Shopify, including product names, descriptions, prices, images, variants, inventory and collections.
Handle basic Shopify backend tasks including product tagging, collection creation, product organisation and routine store updates.
Update and maintain product listing sheets and ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
Assist with website merchandising, including product visibility, collections, banners and other website updates.
Handle day-to-day Shiprocket operations, including order processing, shipment creation, tracking updates and shipment-related tasks.
Monitor orders and ensure they are processed and updated correctly across Shopify and shipping platforms.
Coordinate with the customer support team regarding order status, product information, customer queries and other e-commerce requirements.
Assist with inventory and product data management.
Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, website updates, stock updates, offers and other e-commerce activities.
Identify and report website, listing, inventory or order-related issues.
Work closely with the E-commerce & Website Manager on daily operational and administrative tasks.
Skills & Requirements
Basic understanding of e-commerce and online shopping platforms.
Familiarity with Shopify is preferred but not mandatory.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate information.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and manage day-to-day tasks efficiently.
Willingness to learn Shopify, e-commerce operations and website management.
Freshers with a strong interest in e-commerce, fashion and D2C brands are welcome to apply.
