14+ years in Platform, Cloud, Infrastructure, or Engineering.
Proven experience running large-scale production Kubernetes environments.
Strong hands-on expertise with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and automation.
Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or similar languages.
Deep understanding of observability with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or Thanos.
A technical leader at heart, driving architecture, mentoring engineers, and influencing platform strategy across teams.
AI-native mindset; hands-on experience with tools like Cursor and Claude, with a strong understanding of GenAI and Agentic AI.
