We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) to lead quality engineering initiatives and drive automation excellence across products at Ingenuity Gaming. The ideal candidate should possess strong coding expertise, deep experience in automation frameworks, and the ability to architect scalable test solutions for web, mobile, backend, and gaming applications. This role requires a leadership mindset with hands-on ownership in automation, mentoring junior engineers, CI/CD integration, and continuous quality improvement.
Requirements:
Strong hands-on programming expertise in Java / Python / JavaScript.
Extensive experience in Selenium / Playwright / Cypress / Appium.
Strong experience in API automation frameworks.
Solid understanding of OOPs, Design Patterns, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
Hands-on experience with TestNG / JUnit / PyTest / Robot Framework.
Strong CI/CD knowledge with Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI.
Expertise in Git and version control practices.
Strong database testing experience (SQL / MongoDB)
Experience in Agile / Scrum product environments.
Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have:
Experience in Game Testing/Automation (Mobile / PC / Console).
Performance testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools.
Exposure to security testing practices.
Docker / Kubernetes hands-on exposure.
Experience in product-based or high-scale tech environments.
