Requirements:
7+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering roles, with at least 3+ years specifically managing Kubernetes in a production environment.
Advanced Technical Expertise: Extensive experience managing container orchestration on both Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS ECS, alongside cloud environments in AWS.
Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency with Terraform and Helm to manage and scale reproducible cloud infrastructure.
CI/CD Mastery: Proven track record of building, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex automated deployment pipelines and developer tools across Buildkite and GitHub Actions.
System Reliability Focus: Strong background in implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks to maintain high-performance standards.
Collaborative Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to mentor other engineers and document complex processes clearly for a global audience.
