Responsibilities:
Convert qualified leads into bookings and registrations.
Conduct buyer consultations during site visits.
Handle objections and drive closures.
Follow up with prospects until conversion.
Maintain CRM and sales pipeline.
Requirements:
4-8 years of real estate sales experience (Plotted land, villas, or farmland preferred).
Proven track record closing 15L+ property deals.
Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
Fluent in Telugu and comfortable travelling to project sites (2-4 times/month).
