We are looking for a software developer who can develop and manage our backend and frontend microservices. Atoa, we also encourage developers to choose programming languages as a tool to solve a problem rather than as a skill, so you will have an opportunity to work across different programming languages based on what is best suited for the problem.
Responsibilities:
Participate in product/sprint planning meetings.
Participate in technical solutions with your team or tech lead.
Estimate and provide a due date for the requirement.
Ensure zero bugs are identified during QA.
Attend stand-ups.
Provide ideas and fine-tune the existing product.
Take bugs as pride and ensure they're fixed asap and never occur again.
Analyse server logs and ensure the server is running with zero downtime.
Analyse how the customers are using the features you have developed.
Help your team to achieve goals.
Challenge yourself/your team for a better solution.
Monthly Demo your work/achievement to the entire team/company.
Work on a personal project/open source.
Lastly, a lot of coding, learning, and fun.
Requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively and precisely.
Very good problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
Nice to have a GitHub and StackOverflow profile, prior achievements(No of apps published, complex challenges you have worked on).
Good to have a deep understanding of any frontend technology(React/Vue/Angular) and a live coding challenge.
Knowledge of at least one cloud provider.
Knowledge of CI/CD and unit testing frameworks.
Knowledge of rest API different types of authentication.
Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL.
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Ability to come up with a solution for a given problem.
Ability to think out of the box.
Ability to work as part of a team.
