Graphic Designer - UI / UX

As a Graphic Designer at Atoa, you play a central role in developing our brand across our app, online, and offline channels. You should be able to create clean and impactful designs for large-scale, highly collaborative projects.
Responsibilities:
Create global standard, high-quality, large-scale projects, including digital, graphics, content, editorials and publications, films, product design, and many more new-age design-heavy assets.
Collaborate with our UI/UX designers to deliver a smooth and exciting user experience across our mobile applications and websites.
Dissect briefs and deliver high-impact creative execution.
Understand and work on received design strategy and visual narratives for a highly diverse set of projects.
Assist with graphics content for print media, billboards, and product packaging.
Manage graphic design across our growing social media channels.
Requirements:
2 years of design and work experience with creative agencies (non-marketing backgrounds).
Skilled in new-age design tools and relevant ones such as Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, with an eye for composition, color, design, space design, and details.
Strong knowledge of design, graphic design, publication design, brand development, and design thinking.
Exceptional feel for typography, color, visuals, layouts, concept, and design.
Experience in developing and working according to new-age design systems.
Solve challenges in new and better ways.
You are a social, no-BS, graphics warrior, ready to put your stamp on a brand.
A solid point of view and an open mind to work together and collaborate as a team.
You have a positive attitude towards working with a team of highly diverse creatives in a rapidly growing early-stage startup.
