We are looking for an ETL Developer with 2+ years of experience in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in PySpark and Amazon Redshift, along with a solid understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and cloud-based data platforms. You will work closely with data engineers, AI engineers, and product teams to develop reliable data pipelines that power analytics, AI models, and customer decisioning systems.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark.
Develop and optimize data models and transformations within Amazon Redshift.
Build data ingestion pipelines from multiple structured and unstructured data sources.
Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL workflows to ensure high performance and reliability.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across data pipelines.
Work closely with engineering and analytics teams to understand business and data requirements.
Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices for scalable development.
Support production deployments and resolve data-related issues promptly.
Collaborate with AI and analytics teams to prepare high-quality datasets for machine learning and customer analytics use cases.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in ETL or data engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with PySpark (mandatory).
Strong experience working with Amazon Redshift (mandatory).
Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries and optimizing performance.
Good understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data pipeline development.
Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or similar.
Experience working with AWS data services.
Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional data modeling.
Familiarity with Python for data processing and automation.
Experience with Git or other version control systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
