Business Analyst and Campaign Manager Intern

We're looking for a Business Analyst Intern who is analytical, curious, structured in their thinking, and confident in communicating ideas. This role offers hands-on exposure to real client projects and the opportunity to understand how data, technology, and business strategy come together.
Responsibilities:
Work with consultants and strategists to understand client business, marketing, and customer engagement challenges.
Analyze customer journeys, campaign performance, user behavior, and business data to identify insights and opportunities.
Support customer segmentation, campaign analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
Assist in creating strategy presentations, dashboards, workflows, process documents, and client-ready deliverables.
Participate in discussions around customer journeys, campaign optimization, personalization, and business outcomes.
Work with MarTech and analytics platforms to understand how customer data is used to drive engagement.
Support data gathering, validation, analysis, and interpretation for ongoing projects.
Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to solving real-world business problems.
Requirements:
Strong analytical and logical thinking with a structured approach to problem-solving.
Good understanding of marketing, customer journeys, and digital business concepts.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain ideas clearly.
Comfortable working with data, numbers, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Curious mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and business concepts quickly.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned work.
Ability to work effectively with consultants, analysts, and cross-functional teams.
