Lead Data Scientist

We're looking for an experienced Lead Data Scientist to head our AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in deep learning, NLP, and generative AI, along with proven experience in leading data science teams and managing the full ML lifecycle from data collection to deployment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor data scientists and ML engineers.
Build and deploy scalable ML and NLP models.
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products.
Ensure performance, reliability, and best practices in model development.
Requirements:
Master's/PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
8-10+ years in data science (focus on NLP and deep learning).
Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, AWS/Azure, and Flask.
Experience with generative AI preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
