As a Full-Stack Engineer at Azisly, you will build our products end-to-end from APIs and data models to the interfaces candidates and recruiters use every day. You will ship complete features across Azisly's candidate-facing and recruiter-facing products and bring our AI capabilities to life in real, usable software.
Responsibilities:
Build features across the web front end (React / Next.js, TypeScript) and backend (Node.js or Python / FastAPI) with REST / GraphQL and Postgres.
Design well-structured APIs and RESTful / CRUD services within a microservice architecture, following 12-factor app principles.
Own deployment end-to-end: containerise services with Docker, ship through CI/CD pipelines, and deploy and run on Kubernetes.
Own multi-tenant, authentication and billing surfaces across Azisly's products.
Integrate Azisly's AI and scoring services into product flows, and own features from idea to production.
You will work directly with the founders and help shape the next generation of AI-native hiring and career products.
Requirements:
3+ years of full-stack experience. Strong TypeScript / React and Node or Python; solid SQL and system design.
Sound API design: RESTful / CRUD services, microservice architecture and 12-factor app principles.
Hands-on with Docker, CI/CD pipelines and deploying on Kubernetes. Comfortable owning a feature from API all the way to UI.
Bonus Points: Real-time UI experience. Real-time communication and high-performance APIs: WebRTC (RTC), gRPC.
Shipping AI-powered product features. Infrastructure-as-code, observability, or cloud (AWS / GCP) experience.
