Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 full-stack engineers, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, removing blockers, and fostering engineering best practices.
Partner directly with the CTO and Founders to translate product vision into technical strategy, define architecture, prioritise engineering initiatives, and drive execution from planning to production.
Own technical delivery across multiple projects, ensuring high code quality, scalability, security, and on-time releases while balancing business priorities and engineering excellence.
Drive architectural decisions, establish engineering standards, and promote best practices across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and DevOps.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and AI teams to define roadmaps, estimate work, manage risks, and deliver customer-focused features.
Build features across the web front end (React / Next.js, TypeScript) and backend (Node.js or Python / FastAPI) with REST / GraphQL and Postgres.
Design well-structured APIs RESTful / CRUD services within a microservice architecture, following 12-factor app principles.
Own deployment end-to-end: containerise services with Docker, ship through CI/CD pipelines, and deploy and run on Kubernetes.
Own multi-tenant, authentication and billing surfaces across Azisly's products.
Integrate Azisly's AI and scoring services into product flows, and own features from idea to production.
