Role Description The Video Producer is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for managing video projects from concept to final delivery. Day-to-day tasks include planning and scripting video content, coordinating shoots, and overseeing production timelines and resources. The role involves supervising video editing and post-production processes, collaborating with designers and content teams to integrate motion graphics and multimedia assets, and ensuring all videos meet brand, quality, and technical standards. The Video Producer will also optimize content for digital platforms, maintain organized project files, and support continuous improvement of video workflows and creative approaches.
Qualifications
Strong video production skills, including planning, scripting, and overseeing on-site shoots.
Proficiency in video editing and video post-production, with experience using industry-standard editing software.
Ability to create and integrate motion graphics and multimedia elements to enhance visual storytelling.
Experience producing video content for digital platforms, social media, and web-based audiences.
Excellent visual storytelling, attention to detail, and understanding of pacing, sound, and composition.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, or a related field; prior experience as a Video Producer or similar role is highly beneficial.
